Terms of use

This is a translation for convenience; in case of any dispute, the Hungarian version prevails.

1. The service

With a Flashback account you can share clips recorded in the Flashback app as a link. Shared clips are deleted automatically after the time of your plan (Basic: 5, Premium: 15, Extra: 45 days; they never expire in the Unlimited plan). Your plan also sets the number of shares per day and the maximum clip size.

2. What you can upload

You may only share recordings you have the right to, and that don't break the law or other people's rights. In particular, it is forbidden to publish others' personal data or intimate content without permission, content inciting violence or hatred, or other unlawful content, and to overload or abuse the service.

3. Responsibility, removal

The uploader is responsible for the uploaded content. If infringing content is reported (on the clip's page: “Report abuse”), we may remove the content and ban the account. We run the service to the best of our ability, but we can't guarantee continuous availability.

4. Plans

Paid plans cover the purchased period and raise the daily sharing quota. The details of the purchase (price, period, payment method) are agreed at the time of purchase. If an Unlimited plan ends, its links without expiry are deleted 30 days later.

5. Closing your account

You can delete your account any time on the My account page; all your data and shared clips are deleted with it.
